Cookie Policy

BVM AI uses only the cookies and browser-storage entries strictly necessary to make the service work. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Facebook Pixel, or any cross-site behavioural tracking.

1. Essential cookies & storage

• Auth session (localStorage) — stored by our authentication provider (Supabase) to keep you signed in. Removing it signs you out.
• Free-tier chat history (localStorage) — free users' chat messages are stored in your browser only. Clearing your browser data erases this history.
• Preferences (localStorage) — small UI settings such as selected language, last-used mode, and similar non-identifying preferences.
• Browser storage (IndexedDB) — your saved notes and a local copy of your chat list and messages, so they load quickly and can be read on a weak connection. It stays on your device; clearing site data removes it.
• Security cookies set by hosting — our hosting provider may set short-lived cookies for request routing and DDoS / bot protection.

2. Third-party cookies

If you sign in with Google, Google may set its own cookies during the sign-in flow under Google's Privacy Policy. We have no other third-party cookies on BVM AI.

3. Managing cookies

You can clear cookies and local storage at any time via your browser settings. Doing so will sign you out and may erase browser-stored chat history (free tier).
