1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using BVM AI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use BVM AI to cheat in live, proctored, or graded exams.
• Submit AI-generated content as your own where prohibited.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
• Upload illegal, harmful, hateful, or copyrighted material you do not own.
• Tamper with payments, make fraudulent chargebacks, or attempt to bypass plan limits.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to BVM AI.

3. Educational Disclaimer

BVM AI is an educational assistant intended to help students learn. It is not a replacement for qualified teachers, official syllabus materials, medical advice, legal advice, or financial advice. Always cross-check important answers with your textbooks, teachers, or licensed professionals.

4. No Guarantee of Accuracy

While BVM AI is engineered to minimise hallucinations and show its reasoning, AI models can still produce incorrect, outdated, or incomplete information. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You are solely responsible for verifying any answer before relying on it for exams, assignments, or real-world decisions.

5. Accounts & Payments

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Paid plans are billed in advance in Indian Rupees through Razorpay, our payment gateway. Prices shown on the pricing page are inclusive of applicable taxes. Access is granted automatically once Razorpay confirms the payment. Plans do not auto-renew: each billing period is a one-time charge, and you keep access until the paid period ends. Fraudulent, charged-back, or duplicate transactions will be reversed and may result in account suspension.

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BVM AI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service, including but not limited to academic outcomes, exam results, or loss of data. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, attempt fraud, or abuse the service.

8. Governing Law & Grievance Redressal

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gadchiroli, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction. In line with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, our Grievance Officer can be reached at tikrushna.dev@gmail.com. Complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days.
